We hear the word ‘sustainability’ all the time and it's easy to glaze over.  I keep it simple and reduce the miles my flowers and consumables travel.  I don't buy single use plastics and if needed I buy biodegradable plastics.  I've ditched standard petro-chemical floral foams for arrangements, using eco foam and also up cycle using chicken wire.  The last thing I want is to pass on a problem of disposal to my customers.  I like to keep it natural and in keeping with the style of my designs.  Flowers should be enjoyed for all their beauty and none of  the trappings!
